Nexoraft provides website development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, SEO & digital marketing, e-commerce solutions, and maintenance & support services as described on our Services page. Scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Projects typically require an advance payment before work begins, with the balance due on milestones or completion as agreed in your project quote. Recurring services (maintenance, SEO) are billed monthly in advance.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables (source code, designs) transfers to the client, excluding any third-party licenses, libraries, or stock assets used, which remain governed by their original licenses.
Nexoraft is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
